After reading this post, please watch the video I've included. It's central to what I want to discuss with you--how to end up in a federal penitentiary for doing absolutely nothing but thinking differently.

Of all the crimes a White Nationalist wouldn't want to be charged with, conspiracy is at the top of the list. If you're charged with this thought crime, you'll be sent away for a very long time. At common law, conspiracy was an agreement between two or more people to commit an unlawful act, or a legal act in an unlawful manner. To get a conviction, the State had to prove that there were at least two people, BOTH of whom agreed and some act in furtherance of the target offense had to happen. That was then. This is now.

Today, the Government only has to prove that one person agreed that a crime SHOULD be committed. For example, let's say a pro-White organization puts out a video that strongly suggests an overthrow of the Government, and you watch it on Youtube.com. You have just committed a serious thought crime. All the Government has to prove is that you agreed with the premise. That's it. They don't have to prove you intended to act. They don't have to prove you even know of anyone who intended to act. The new federal conspiracy laws allow the Government to bring in hearsay evidence that would otherwise not be admitted into any court of law. Even if a Government agent shows you the video and says, "someone should kill them all," and you simply shake your head in agreement, you've just committed an act of conspiracy. And it gets worse, much worse.

Not only can the Government entrap you, they can charge you with any crime any of your "co-conspirators" commit, even if you don't know of nor have ever met that person or group of people. Are you following? If someone watches the video below and commits a crime, everyone who watched can be guilty of conspiracy AND the crime(s) committed. Further, if they grab someone in another state, and that state has more liberal prosecution laws, they can try YOU in that state no matter where you live or where you were when you first watched the video.

With all that said, there are a few things about the video that don't pass the smell test.

• Some of the images are clearly copyrighted by various news organizations. There are no credits. Who gave them permission to use these images?
• Some of the images are clearly the work of the US military, and the US military isn't howling about them being used in this manner. Something's not right about this.
• Who's the voice behind the song? It's a beautiful song, but why isn't there a credit to the artist?
• There is no disclaimer. Nothing to say "This is only for artistic purposes, not an attempt to encourage criminal activity." There absolutely should be a disclaimer. Where the hell is it? Without it, I can only come to one conclusion: it is an attempt to encourage criminal activity. I promise you that's what the feds will say.

If you've ever read the book Nineteen Eighty-Four, you know that the protagonist, Winston Smith, is caught when he takes the bait offered by Big Brother. He thinks he's joining with other like-minded people, when in fact, he has been entrapped. I'm not suggesting that Northwest Front is anything other than what they claim to be, but if they're not some sort of Orwellian trap, then they should take precautions against the likely scenario of the Government keeping track of everyone who watches their videos or visits their site, especially when they are using Government-approved images. Absent some sort of disclaimer, they are inviting trouble for everyone who agrees with them--the kind of trouble that will get you hauled off to an undisclosed location for decades.
